• No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking is welcome in the driveway or in rocked and dirt areas of the property.
• Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval)
• Rental agreement required before arrival

Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed — one at the front entry and one at the rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home.
Located in Broken Bow, this cabin is in the mountains and on a lake. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ouachita National Forest and Broken Bow Lake. Hochatown Rescue Center & Petting Zoo and Beavers Bend Wildlife Museum are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking.
