Our property boasts three levels of outdoor patios, each offering panoramic views that invite you to relax and unwind. On the expansive ground floor patio you can soak in the hot tub as you breathe in the crisp mountain air, or lounge in the two-person hammock with a good book. The lower-level patio features comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table as well.

Enjoy the mid-level patio equipped with a gas grill for your barbecuing desires as well as comfy seating for relaxing. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening toast.

The upper patio off the primary suite is open air, ideal for stargazing or getting some sun while enjoying the beautiful view.

In addition to the patios we have an outdoor space that sits roof level where our firepit and four comfy Adirondak chairs reside. The views are amazing!

Comfort Meets Style

Step inside to discover a beautifully and professionally decorated interior that exudes a cozy cottage vibe. This enchanting space comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, making it perfect for your next getaway. The large primary bedroom showcases stunning mountain views through expansive windows, allowing you to wake up to nature's beauty each day. The ensuite primary bathroom is a luxurious sanctuary, featuring a lavish dual-headed walk-in shower, a relaxing soaker tub, a double vanity, and water closet. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and toilet paper provided.

The cabin features an open floor plan between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A Keurig coffeemaker with k-cups, sugar and creamer provided. We also provide paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap as well as some common spices for cooking.

The cozy bunkroom features a twin bed over a full bed with a Roku TV and plenty of games.

**Guests must walk down stairway to reach the front door of the cabin
**No refunds due to illness, road conditions or Acts of God such as inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control.
**Travel insurance is strongly encouraged
*Cabin is treated regularly for bugs/pests but as it is in the middle of the woods you may still encounter them. Please bring mosquito spray if you need.
*Cabin is located on the side of a cliff and while we have taken precautions to make the area safe there are steep drop-offs.
*Upper bunk weight limit is 200lbs.

RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids outdoors due to the cliffside location as well as the hot tub and fire pit.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property. One is located as a ring doorbell at the front door and the other is facing the stairway. There are none inside the cabin.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. This cabin is owned by a family with allergies to most furry animals. There are many others with similar allergies and we hope to provide them a pet-allergen free environment.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Broken Bow is home to this cabin. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ouachita National Forest and Broken Bow Lake. The Maze of Hochatown and Hochatown Rescue Center & Petting Zoo are also worth visiting.
