The Dark Horse Loft is part of a multi-unit compound that offers both the option to rent the loft alone or the entire property. As you arrive, you'll find a cement driveway for parking convenience. The property features a shared basketball court, providing a recreational space for guests.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

Located in Broken Bow, this cabin is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ouachita National Forest and Beavers Bend State Park. Beavers Bend Wildlife Museum and Hochatown Rescue Center & Petting Zoo are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and mountain biking nearby.
