The ROASTED MARSHMALLOW CABIN is the ultimate modern luxury cabin in Broken Bow. Nestled on a secluded cul-de-sac and surrounded by towering pines, this gorgeous 1200 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin with hot tub is perfectly situated on 1.4 peaceful and quiet acres, just minutes from restaurants and the state park. This Roasted Marshmallow Cabin is the ultimate romantic getaway for a couple, yet also accommodates a small family with the daybed, and trundle.

As you arrive, you will marvel at the beauty of this modern luxury cabin tucked far back into the woods. Its gorgeous black and white exterior was the inspiration for its name, The Roasted Marshmallow.

Upon entering, you will be drawn in by the floor to ceiling shiplap throughout the Roasted Marshmallow Cabin, vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and windows on every wall that allow natural light to filter in, making you feel like you are one with nature. Our goal is for you to feel right at home before you even step in the front door. Inside, you will be comfortable with plenty of space to spread out in this open floorpan. It features an enormous kitchen with granite countertops and is fully stocked with high quality cookware, appliances, and charming dishware. The oversized island is perfect for entertaining and cooking and can seat six people. There is also a dining table for 4, where you can not only enjoy meals, but also play the board games provided in the Roasted Marshmallow Cabin, waiting for your arrival! Nestled in the corner is the perfect nook to curl up and read a book. It conveniently doubles as a daybed with trundle, an additional sleeping area if needed. The comfortable living room features a gas log fireplace that instantly comes on with the turn of a timer, creating a mesmerizing fire for you to relax by and enjoy while watching the 65 inch 4K smart TV with YouTube TV Streaming invluded, as well as other stream apps to log in to. Strong Wi-Fi and 185 Mbps internet speed will help keep you connected if you need to be.

The spacious and private master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beam, a king size bed, conveniently located plugs for charging your devices, and a 65 inch 4K smart TV with YouTube TV Streaming and en suite bath. This awe-inspiring bathroom just might be your favorite place in the Roasted Marshmallow Cabin! Enjoy soaking in the freestanding tub overlooking the towering pines and dense forest. The double shower features a rain shower head + wall shower with detachable shower head and gorgeous custom tile work. This bathroom also offers a private water closet and separate laundry room.

When you’re ready to venture outside, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch that wraps around 3 sides of The Roasted Marshmallow Cabin. It leads you around to a private 4-person hot tub, outdoor seating area overlooking the forest with a gas log outdoor fireplace, also easily turned on with a timer switch. Your outdoor experience has been thoughtfully designed with various locations to relax and unwind: an outdoor fire pit area with 4 Adirondack chairs, perfect for roasting marshmallows; a picnic table nestled under the trees, just right for al fresco dining and serving up those steaks you’ve thrown on the grill! Both adults and children will love the addition of our outdoor swing area! You'll treasure getting cozy in one of the two hammocks and taking an afternoon snooze as you look up into the green pines and blue skies or play a game of Corn Hole if you wish!

This is one cabin you may never want to leave, but if you should choose to venture out, your options are endless: local restaurants, wineries, and breweries as well as hiking, zip-lining, petting zoo, boating, fishing, miniature golf, go-karts, an escape room, horseback riding, and even a small train ride through the forest that is great for families of young kids and adults alike. The pull through driveway can accommodate boat trailers; it is recommend that you pull in and go towards the left when pulling a boat.

Please note this property does have exterior security cameras that monitor the front entrance and side entrance for security purposes only. These cameras are motion activated, point away from the cabin and are for the security of the guests and security of the property when unoccupied.

Broken Bow is home to this cabin. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ouachita National Forest and Broken Bow Lake. Hochatown Rescue Center & Petting Zoo and Beavers Bend Wildlife Museum are also worth visiting. Kayaking and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
