The property is right on Fowler River connecting to Newfound Lake with a private boat launch and docking area on site for boats, kayaks, canoes and jet skis. The townhouse is less than 1/8 mile from Wellington State Park, a five minute walk, featuring the most spectacular beach on the lake, with beautiful mountain views and 204 acres of forested park for hiking, fishing and exploring nature.
