I have a large 2nd floor studio apartment. This apartment is separate from the main house and has it's own yard fenced yard. There is a 22x12 deck with a gas grill. My property is on what is left of a large farm and is 1 mile from Downtown Brighton, The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a basic kitchen area with Fridge, Microwave and coffee . This is a simple place with nice accommodations. Mount Brighton Skiing is 1 mile and Brighton State recreation area is 1 mile. The city of Brighton is in walking distance too approx 1 mile. There is a $150 security deposit and if there is no damage it will be refunded!
This apartment is the 2nd floor with lots of Privacy. There is a school across the street with a playground.The place has a rustic feel but is not some kind of place to have a party etc! Visitors are ok as long as you respect the property.

Located in Brighton, this apartment is in a rural area. Michigan War Dog Memorial and Parshallville Cider Mill are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Brighton State Recreation Area and Island Lake State Recreation Area.
