Summary:

This three bedroom apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from Boston Landing, which provides easy access to Fenway Park, Copley Square, and South Station. Newer furnishings, including a comfortable queen-size bed with a gel memory foam mattress, a fully equipped kitchen with top quality Maytag appliances, and a spa-like bathroom with imported Italian tile. Free on-site parking is available upon request at the time of booking.
The Space:

Architecturally, the building is considered a "3 Decker" which is a design most commonly found in New England. 3 Decker style buildings were constructed in Boston as tenement housing in the late 19th early 20th century and were mostly occupied by immigrants who worked in local factories, mills and shipyards. Over the last 30-40 years many 3 Deckers have been converted to condos, the natural design is appealing to city dwellers who appreciate the high ceilings, bay windows and private outdoor space it affords its residents.
Guest Access:

We have smart locks installed that generate a unique code for each guest to use for the duration of the reservation. That access code will be sent to the guests the day before their arrival. It will grant access to the front door as well as the apartment door.
The Neighborhood:

Allston/Brighton is a historic Boston neighborhood bordering Fenway and Cambridge. We are the most western neighborhood of Boston.
Getting Around:

There are many MBTA buses that run throughout our neighborhood. The Boston Landing Commuter Station is a short walk from our house and is just one stop to Fenway and two to Back Bay (downtown). We are not located on the T.
Other Things to Note:

This is a 3-bedroom apartment in a traditional Boston 3-decker building. You will enter a common foyer and go up a staircase to the apartment. There is no elevator. The staircase is wide enough to get beds and couches up to the apartments.
Brighton, a neighborhood in Boston, is home to this apartment. Fenway Park and Faneuil Hall Marketplace are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Encore Boston Harbor and Boston Harbor. Check out an event or a game at TD Garden, and consider making time for New England Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.
