This home is a New Construction Duplex Beach House sleeps up to 16 people including Children and Adults. This listing is for the rental of the entire home or both units each floor / unit is Spacious & newly constructed & decorated beach home with each having 3 bedrooms & 2 new custom baths (granite & stone tile). Living room , full new kitchen and dining area, washer-dryer, central air and heat, each have a very large decks with table & 6 chairs, each floor has 3 flat screen TV's, WiFi, large parking driveway and street parking if needed. Each unit has their own separate entry, when renting both floors this home will provide 6 bedrooms with 2 master baths, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms with plenty of living space. units have new hardwood floors throughout the home.
Beds and other items included: 2 master bedrooms queen beds, 2 walk in closet, flat screen TVs and full bathroom. the rest of the bed rooms consist of 5 full beds and 1 bunk bed with a full and single bed above. Living area has skylights and cathedral ceilings or large bay window, large flat screen TV, sectional sofa, table and chairs. The kitchens are new with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher microwave, double door refrigerator, bright white classic cabinets and granite counter top. Ceiling fans are in every room throughout the home .

Short walking distance (8 min walk) to the center of town restaurants, ice cream, shops and more.
