Located in the coveted south end of Brigantine, this four bedroom, two full-bath, family friendly beach rental boasts its own private in-ground pool, roof deck, sunroom, outdoor shower and one of the largest backyards on the island! It is conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac just two blocks from the beach! Ready for the perfect beach vacation? Come enjoy old shore house charm with modern space and amenities!
The space
The first floor is made up of two guest bedrooms, a full-bath, large fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room (overlooking the pool), and two sitting areas - the living room and sunroom. The second floor contains a massive master bedroom (with direct access to large roof deck overlooking the pool and front yard), walk-in closet, spacious fourth bedroom and second full-bath.
The large backyard hosts an in-ground, salt-water pool with sun ledge perfect for children’s play or to be used for adults to lounge and catch some rays. The six-seat dining table, gazebo and large Weber propane grill make outside dining/entertainment easy and fun. Four reclining chaise lounges are perfect for sun bathing and enjoying the view. For the kids, the backyard also includes plenty of grassy space for games, running around, and more.

In addition to being just two blocks from a sizable, yet quiet beach, the home is in walking/biking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, bars and even the town grocery store. Enjoy a unique experience with Brigantine’s famous DRIVE-ON beach, the Cove, located only a mile from the house. A quick 1.8 mile drive/bike will take you to Brigantine’s acclaimed Laguna Beach Bar, where you can get drinks, dinner or just enjoy great music in the sand with friends/family. Looking for more nightlight or shopping? It’s a 5 minute ride to Atlantic City’s exciting casinos, restaurants, shows and outlets. Have a golf lover in the family? We are conveniently located just a few miles from two golf courses (Atlantic City Country Club and Brigantine Golf Links).
The quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for families with children who want to play outside or ride bikes (or adults just looking for a Zen escape from the everyday hustle and bustle) and is conveniently located just across the street from Brigantine’s best recreational park. There you will find soccer/football fields, tennis courts, pickle-ball, basketball, a skate park, roller rink, bocce ball and Brigantine's best mini golf! Parking is never an issue with a personal driveway and unlimited easy street parking. The one and half car garage has been converted into a cool outdoor living room (“Club Chill”) and includes two couches, a 60-inch TV and bar area perfect for a 'man' cave, kids’ hangout, or just a shady spot to relax away from the sun.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Southend, a neighborhood in Brigantine. Atlantic City Boardwalk and Ocean City Boardwalk are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Brigantine Beach and Atlantic City Beach.
