It's the best of both worlds. In addition, the property is located only a short two block walk to the Community Center with tennis, shuffleboard, roller hockey, basketball, miniature golf and a skateboard park. So relax on the beach or enjoy some family friendly sports, all within a short walking distance of the house. Then enjoy the world-class Atlantic City nightlife only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment and sensational restaurants.
This 2-story home is designed with Ocean facing decks providing stunning ocean and AC skyline views. There are 3 bedrooms and the reverse living, open floor plan is perfect for gathering, relaxing and dining. The layout is ideal for large families or for two families vacationing together.
The master suite has a queen bed and sitting area. The master suite offers a spacious closet and a private, tiled master bath with tub, sink and shower.
The 2nd bedroom is decorated in a contemporary beach style and has a queen bed. There is a shared bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom includes 1 twin and 1 full bed and is decorated in a nautical fashion.
Entry to the living room greets you with a huge 30' X 25' inviting space with gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Relax in comfort on a sleeper sofa while you enjoy your favorite movie on the oversize HD TV. The living room also features (2) 8' oversize Anderson sliding doors opening onto a large covered oceanside deck which is perfect for outdoor dining. Follow the laminate hardwood floors which are throughout the living room into the fully equipped kitchen featuring stove, range microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishware as well as a blender, toaster and stainless sink. The dining room features awesome ocean views and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6-8. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also adjacent to the kitchen. PLEASE BRING ALL LINENS WE DO NOT PROVIDE SHEETS, TOWELS, BLANKETS & PILLOWS.
