We provide fresh linen/towels unless you prefer your own. We also include 4 beach tags & 4 beach chairs for all of your beach fun!!. Fantastic location!! ONE block from the BEACH, 5 min. walk from the playground, basketball/tennis courts, skating park, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS & Acme!! 5 min. drive from Atlantic City Casinos & Spas, boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife! We do not allow pets, smoking, or parties since we are a cute, quaint, & quiet home! Our family resides in the home above and are on the property regularly if you ever need assistance.
