Located in the Highland community of Brewster, Seymour pond is located just a few hundred feet through the back yard. Seymour pond has a nice beach area and is great for swimming, kayaking or floating.
You are within biking distance of the famous Cape Cod Bike Path, all Brewster beaches are nearby, and several public golf courses are a short drive. The house is newly renovated with new appliances and mattresses. There is a large deck overlooking Seymour Pond. Three bedrooms have queen beds, and two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.
