Welcome to Sea Chalet! This spacious modern home offers comfortable accommodations and a stunning in-ground pool and spa. The custom saltwater heated pool will surely please anyone in your group of up to 10. Lounge on the pool patio and large deck area and soak up the rays. Relax in the hot tub to unwind after a day at the beach! The outdoor fun doesn't end at sunset; light up the gas fire pit and gaze at the stars in the evenings. The pool is also equipped with underwater lights, so you can enjoy swimming into the twilight.

The owner added a new 11' x 18' pool house with an 8' bar opening facing the pool. The patio pavers extend fully into the 5'x18' overhang area, providing tons of entertainment space for the family. Enjoy a large flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and an additional lounge area inside the pool house bar.

Inside, you'll find all new furniture, carpeting, and hardwood floors throughout. Same goes for the appliances and HVAC! The kitchen is spacious and offers all the equipment you'll need to prepare any meal. The dining area and main living room round out the main level living area. You'll also find two bedrooms on the main level, both with queen sized beds.

Head up to the room over the garage to find a billiards table and a cozy sectional with TV lounge. There is also a video game system with 60 games including Pac Man, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc. A great place to round out the evening or just to take a break from the pool.

The main staircase takes you up to 3 additional bedrooms: one with a King bed featuring a private bath (and 2 additional Twin cots for overflow), the next with a queen and a final with two twins.

If you decide to leave Sea Chalet paradise, you are just .7 miles away from a beach on Long Pond, the largest freshwater pond on the Cape. Or head north to the Brewster Bay beaches or South to Nantucket Sound beaches, both about a 5–7-minute drive. Looking for dining or shopping options? You are 10 minutes from Harwich Port, Chatham or Orleans centers, all pedestrian friendly with a variety of restaurants and boutiques to browse.

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived. Please note: the pool is open Memorial Day - Columbus Day.
