The kitchen has all-new cabinets and appliances, and the living room is spacious for entertaining or lounging after a day at the beach. Modern appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, and beverage fridge included.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and desk for working, a queen bedroom, and the final bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top, double on the bottom, and a twin trundle below.

In the finished basement, you'll find a new pullout loveseat that converts to a full bed.

There are two smart TVs in the living room and basement, board games, puzzles, and books.

The yard is private and peaceful. Walk to Greenland Pond (take 3 lefts as soon as you can) and enjoy the beach, boating (bring your own boat or inquire about our canoe), and fresh pond swimming.
