This beautiful, newly renovated, handicapped accessible, 3 bedroom home is the perfect beach getaway for 1 or two families. From the moment you walk through the door, you will instantly feel at home. Tastefully decorated throughout with a mix of old and new, natural light is abundant making the home feel light and pleasant. It features 3 bedrooms, including a first floor master suite with large walk-in shower and king size bed, 2nd master bedroom upstairs with queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom upstairs with four twin beds, 2.5 baths, large living room, open, light-filled family room, dining room with seating for 8, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware/dishware, and laundry room. The large deck and yard provide an outdoor entertainment space with a dining set and seating for 8, lounge chairs, fire pit, gas grill, game area, hammock, and outdoor shower for after those long days on the beach.

Start your day by taking a ride! You can access the bike trail at the end of the road! Play games in the yard, like cornhole, badminton, paddle ball, bocce, and croquet or bring one of the many beach chairs down to the Cape Cod Bay, just a short, half-mile walk down to Ellis Landing beach. End your day with dinner on the gas grill and al fresco dining, relax while roasting s'mores over the fire pit, or star gaze while laying in the hammock. Or choose to retire in the sizable living area furnished with reclining massage chairs and enjoy your favorite shows on the flatscreen smart TV while the kids watch a movie in the family room.

Find local shopping, restaurants and ice cream treats just a short walk away. Conveniently located and beautifully updated, this Brewster getaway is the perfect spot for your summer vacation. The entire property is very well-maintained, and you will enjoy all the comforts of home in this cute and cozy escape! The primary master suite, which is fully handicapped accessible, includes a king size bed with a Nectar mattress, flatscreen tv, and workstation with computer monitor. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and cozy sitting area to curl up with a good book. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and twin bunkbeds.

Additional perks include driveway parking for a maximum of six cars, a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and window air conditioning units in each bedroom. Linens included.
