We have always enjoyed rave reviews for the cleanliness of our home. For the health, safety, and comfort for our guests, our cleaners will be cleaning and sanitizing our home following the guidelines outlined by the CDC.

Well maintained condominium in small, exclusive beach community. This is the perfect place whether you're with family, friends or seeking a romantic getaway. Our first floor home sleeps seven with a large king bedroom and en suite bath, and two additional bedrooms and guest bath. It is spacious and clean. There are mattress covers, blankets, quilts and pillows on each bed. You must bring your own sheets and towels or secure them through linen rentals.
The kitchen was completely renovated and upgraded in the late spring of 2021. All new cupboards, counter tops, stainless steel appliances and flooring. A new HVAC was installed in late winter 2020. All rooms have AC and heat vents. With only one unit next door and windows on three sides you can enjoy privacy and summer breezes wafting through if you prefer not to use the central air.
Be sure to explore the beach which offers fantastic swimming at high tide and gorgeous sandy beach flats at low tide allowing you to walk approximately one mile and explore tidal pools and sand bars.
Tennis courts, a pool, and a hot tub are on the premises. The grounds also have a deck overlooking the beach, ideal for watching the sunset and a small library where you can hear the surf as you sit and read.
Our rental period is Sunday to Sunday.

Located in Brewster, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod National Seashore and Mayflower Beach. Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and Eden Hand Arts are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
