Centrally located between two of the largest pools at the resort and close to the Links restaurant, this FRESHLY PAINTED condo features GLEAMING NEW WOOD FLOORS with an open layout. Private deck off the living room overlooking the golf course. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Master bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two NEW twin beds with full bath right across the hall. Cable TV and HIGH SPEED WIFI. Cleaning included.

This rental allows you to purchase Sponsored Guest Passes* so you can enjoy the best Ocean Edge has to offer: pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness centers, and kids activities. There is a complimentary shuttle service from the resort to Crosby Landing Beach (a town beach). Bike rentals are available at the resort. The 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, which goes right through the resort, is easily accessed from the rental. The resort is a quick bike ride to Nickerson State Park with its miles of trails and several ponds. You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards on Blueberry Pond.
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and all scheduled Activities as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide. PASSES must be PURCHASED separately from the rental.

- Tenants bring their own linens (i.e., sheets, towels (bath and beach), and bath mat). If you prefer to travel light, we can provide all linens for a fee of $20 per person. If you do bring your own sheets, please note that the queen mattress requires sheets with deep pockets.

Brewster is home to this condo. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod National Seashore and Nauset Beach. Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and Orleans Bowling Center are also worth visiting. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
