The kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, perfect for anyone looking to channel their inner chef and whip up delicious meals.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning for your convenience. The secondary bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, with a full bathroom located just steps away.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
