This spacious, renovated Howland Village townhouse, with a brand-new air conditioning (AC) system with 4 units installed in 2025, is beautifully decorated and features recently updated kitchen & flooring. You will find the primary bedroom upstairs with a new AC, queen bed, walk-in closet, TV, and private bath. The adjoining loft has a trundle bed (2 twins), a ceiling fan and new AC. The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor and has 2 twin beds, a TV, new AC, and a full bathroom next to the room. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features refinished cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and new AC unit. Sliders off the living room lead to a private patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a new washer/dryer, coffee maker + Keurig, as well as Wi-Fi internet and cable TV.
