A short walk to all the shopping, dining, and excitement Brevard has to offer, Johnson Street Cottage is ideally located. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home accommodates 4 guests in the bedrooms or 6 guests including the sleeper sofa. The driveway has parking spaces for 1-2 cars. The main entrance at the front of the home welcomes you into an open and cozy living and dining room, with comfortable seating, a smart television with access to YouTube TV for live streaming, and a dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen is off the dining area and is equipped with an electric stove, traditional coffee maker, and the dishes, pots, and pans guests will need to create meals for their group. A full sized washer and dryer are located off the kitchen.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located just off the living area. Bedroom 1 is home to a king-sized bed and a Smart TV with YouTubeTV access. The bathroom comes with a single sink and stand-up tile shower with glass enclosure. Bedroom 2 is complete with a king-sized bed and another SmartTV with YouTubeTV access.

The fenced in back yard can be accessed through a sliding glass door, just off the kitchen. Grill out on the gas grill and sit on the covered back porch while winding down for the afternoon.
