This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home comes ready for groups wanting to retreat and have fun with a primary king, queen guest, and the basement set up as a game room with an additional bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top) with a convenient half bath.

The home boasts fun activities like a shuffle board, board games, and lots of places to gather. With high speed internet, both smart tvs are ready for your log-in for any app you desire.

The kitchen is fully stocked with serving items and cookware and has an open floor plan that flows to the dining table that seats 4 and a large peninsula with seating for an additional 4. There is a large gas grill on the front porch with even more seating for those magical evening dinners.

The master suit has a private, attached bathroom with shower and the second suit has a shared bathroom with a shower and tub.

3-4 vehicles can easily fit into the driveway.

Connestee Falls is a secluded, gated community only 15 minutes from Brevard and an hour from Asheville.

You will have exclusive access to many amenities, including restaurants, 18+ miles of private hiking trails with 6 water falls, four mountain lakes for swimming, boating and fishing, as well as George Cobb golf course (fee applies), tennis courts, pickleball and bocce courts, and heated lap swimming pool. The community is gated and staffed 24/7 and includes a security patrol that covers the entire 3,900 acres.

The community is large and does not have cell service in every nook and corner so before you drive in, make sure to have the GPS set to where you are going ahead of time.

This neighborhood is full of wild life. It is important to check the yard for bear before sending kids out to play.

Cell service is not strong at the house, it is recommend to connect to wifi for better service.

***You will need your driver`s license to book and check-in at the security gate. The name and address must match one of the names that you provide with your original registration information.
1. Exterior lights need to be off by 11PM.
2. No wood burning allowed outside of home.
3. The Fireplace and wood stove is not available for guest use.

- No parties or unexpected guests sleeping over.
- If you damage something, let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

Prior to check in a rental agreement must be signed for the property management company.

This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas) or in hot tubs at any time. Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pet must be potty trained.

Located in Brevard, this vacation home is in the mountains. Transylvania Heritage Museum and Brevard Music Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Silvermont Mansion and Park and Crystal Mountain Gem Mine. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
