Two lower level bunk rooms are equipped with individual charging stations and ambient lights for each bed. Four keurig coffee stations throughout the house ensure bright mornings. The boat dock has 3 slips- 2 with boat lifts (6000 lbs, 10,000 lbs) and one with 2 Seadoo docking stations. Pontoon boats may be tied up along the side.
