When it’s time to unwind outdoors, take in the views and fresh air from the outdoor seating area, and fire up the BBQ grill for easy meals. A garden/backyard area adds to the tranquil setting. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. Please park to the left side of the garage door to allow snow plow access. AWD/4x4 is strongly recommended in winter; the driveway is a switchback blacktop and can be slick.

• Shared property note: The basement is privately occupied, but all guest spaces remain fully private throughout your stay.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for understanding.

• Exterior security cameras: Three cameras monitor exterior/common areas only—(1) at the driveway viewing the driveway and front steps, (2) at the lower-level entrance viewing the street and mountainside, and (3) at the patio door viewing the deck.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Location logistics: Blue River is a quiet residential area just a short drive north to Breckenridge’s Main Street, events, and world-class skiing.

Located in Breckenridge, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Breckenridge Ski Resort and Copper Mountain Ski Resort are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Main Street. Stephen C. West Ice Arena and Summit Ski Museum are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding, mountain climbing, and cycling nearby.
