Nestled in an Aspen grove with beautiful views, this 4 bedroom/3 bathroom single family home is a short 5 mile drive from the Breckenridge slopes and the shops and restaurants on Main Street. It is located in a peaceful and private setting, with hiking and snowshoeing trails nearby. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub, dining at the large family table, or get cozy in the living room in front of the woodburning fireplace. There is truly something for everyone!

---1st Floor---
Garage: There is plenty of parking space in the two-car garage, as well as places to put your skiing and hiking equipment.

Laundry Room: After walking up the stairs in the garage, you will enter the home into the spacious laundry room, with a washer, dryer, sink, and cabinet space.

Bathroom #1: To the right of the laundry room is the first floor bathroom with a spacious shower.

Bedroom #1-Bunk Room: Next to the first floor bathroom is the bunk room, which has two sets of twin bunks. In addition, there are two trundles for extra sleeping space. There is also a flat screen Smart TV, which makes this room a great place for kids to hang out and relax.

Kitchen: The large open kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances. There are two ovens, a microwave, and a four-burner stove. With an oversized fridge and freezer, plus cabinet space, there is plenty of room for storage. The kitchen also has a drip coffee machine, a Keurig, a Nespresso, along with any other small appliances you may need, including a crockpot, blender, immersion blender, and toaster. The kitchen island boasts a second sink, plus plenty of counter and cabinet space. Just off the kitchen is a dining area which seats up to 10, along with 4 stools along the countertop.

Deck/Hot Tub: Next to the dining area out of the French doors is a private deck with a hot tub and outdoor seating.

Living Room: Just off the kitchen is the living room with plenty of seating for a crowd. There is a sectional sofa, along with two chairs centered around the wood burning fireplace and a Smart TV. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings and beautiful mountain views through the large front window.

Front Patio: Enjoy the mountain views front the front deck, complete with covered seating.

---2nd Floor---
Bedroom #2: At the top of the stairs, you'll see a bedroom to the left with a queen canopy bed and plenty of room in the closets and drawers for all of your belongings.

Bathroom #2: Centered between two of the upstairs bedrooms is a beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Bedroom #3: To the right of the bathroom is another second floor bedroom which also has a queen-sized bed and a closet and dresser.

Master suite: Continue down the hall and you will enter the incredibly spacious Master Suite. Just outside the bedroom is a cozy sitting area, complete with a Smart TV. Tucked in the corner is a coffee bar, along with additional desk space if needed. Just outside the sitting room is a private balcony where you can take in the beautiful mountain views. Continue through the sitting room into the bedroom, where there is a King sized bed as well as an armoire and two dressers to provide you with plenty of storage space. There is an en-suire master bathroom which includes a double sink counter top, a large walk-in shower with two shower heads, and a soaking tub.

Located in Blue River, a neighborhood in Breckenridge, this vacation home is in the mountains.
