The fully equipped chef's kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a dining area with seating for 10. The wraparound porch is the natural gathering point — and the private hot tub is there waiting at the end of the day.
Blue River is one of the closest communities to Breckenridge for a private home experience. Hiking, biking, gondola access, Main Street dining, and the full Breckenridge summer and winter event calendar are all five minutes away. The main level features a great room with soaring ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable seating for the full group. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has premium appliances and opens to a large dining area that seats 10. The wraparound porch extends the living space outdoors, with direct access to the private hot tub and BBQ grill.
The upper level has a second living room and two bedrooms. The lower level includes the game room with shuffleboard and a bonus bedroom with a dedicated workspace.
Sleeping configuration: King bed (Primary Bedroom) | King bed (Bedroom 2) | Queen bed (Bedroom 3) | Double bed with workspace (Bonus Room) | 2 twin pull-outs and 2 sofa sleepers (additional). Capacity: up to 10 guests across 3 bathrooms, including a half bath.
The three-car garage has RV-height clearance and accommodates vehicles, bikes, kayaks, and ski equipment. On-site parking for multiple vehicles is included.
Additional amenities: in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, game console, children's gear, board games, and all standard linens and essentials.
Guests have complete, private access to the entire home — all bedrooms, both living areas, game room, gourmet kitchen, wraparound porch, private hot tub, BBQ grill, and the three-car garage. The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
