Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite tile counters. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 8 or right at the kitchen bar.

Living Room: Spacious living room with an oversized corner couch, vaulted ceiling, wall-mounted TV, and a gas fireplace.

Bedroom: Bunk bed (queen over queen). The top bunk bed is for children only please.

Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower that is accessible from the hallway.

Private Deck: Large deck with private hot tub, table, and a grill.

Washer and Dryer.

Upper Lever:
Master Bedroom. Features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, glass shower and a bathtub. TV. There is a nice view of the neighborhood and mountains in the background.

Second Bedroom. Queen-size bed, and a TV. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Highland Greens Townhomes is a very nice neighborhood in a great location.

Shuttle Service. The shuttle is operated during the winter months and it departs every hour from 8am-5pm and will take you to Beaver Run, Village, or Gondola.

Parking. The home comes with free parking for two cars. One in the garage and one in front of the garage. The heated garage is great, especially during cold, snowy winter nights.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the home.

No AC. No one has it up here, the cool, summer evenings and chilly nights keep the space comfortable. Please open the windows in the evening, and use the fan provided.
