Breckenridge's newest and most luxurious address -- the Grand Colorado resort on Peak 8 -- is available for the full week (7 nights) of APRIL 5 -12, 2026 (Sunday to Sunday). This is a spacious 2BR, 2.5 Bath ski-in/ski-out residence that combines a large 1BR with a smaller, connected Studio. The 1 BR side has a master with a King Bed plus a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Large kitchen with eat-in dining area. The studio side 2 has a smaller galley kitchen, a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch. In total it sleeps 8 comfortably. Master bath has a large soaking tub with separate shower, half bath is toilet only, in-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, flat screen TV's in living room and master bedroom, a fireplace, and private balcony.

PROPERTY -- The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 property is THE prime location at the base of Peak 8. Walk right out to multiple lifts and also enjoy direct access to the gondola that takes you to other Peaks and downtown Breckenridge. With a restaurant and bar on site, coffee shop, ice skating rink, game room, private theater, exercise facilities, free underground heated parking, full service spa, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs including 2 slopeside, steam room and sauna, and free shuttle service to and from town. It's the perfect location for a ski/spa vacation in Breckenridge.

Guests will have full access to the property, including the ability to reserve the private theater during their stay. Upon check in you will be given access to the underground heated parking space and keys to a heated ski locker for use on the ground floor during your stay if you need it.
