Experience lakefront luxury at its best! Relax in a spacious living area with stunning tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, a 28-ft river rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Table Rock Lake and the pool area. Two upper-level master suites each feature a king bed and a private ensuite bath. The cozy loft with a futon and TV is great for kids. On the main level, you'll find two more bedrooms (queen + full/queen bunk) with a shared Jack-and-Jill bath. Step outside to your private patio to soak in the views or make s'mores at the charming stone fireplace — roasting sticks included!

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

The Week Following Memorial Day until the 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g., Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day except Saturday
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• Friday and Saturday must be booked together
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
Memorial Day and Labor Day reservations must be at least 3 nights and must include Friday and Saturday

We decorate for Christmas with a full-size Christmas tree and decor starting the 2nd weekend of November!

*Exterior security cameras are monitoring outside areas of the property, such as the pool, amenities, parking and entrances. No cameras are located inside any units.
