Our spacious and decorated luxury condo in the Meadow Brook complex, offers you almost 1500 square feet of living space, that will comfortably sleep six to eight people (plus two trundle beds in the third bedroom for children) and in suite bathrooms for each bedroom. It is in a great location close to everything but NOT in Hwy 76 traffic.
The large master bedroom opens to the screened porch and offers a King bed, with private tub/shower, double sinks and walk-in closet. The third bedroom with two twin beds, private bath with double sinks and walk-in closet, overlooks the living area from a Juliet balcony that can be closed off for privacy. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with an over-sized shower/bath off of it.
The vaulted living area opens to a screened porch that overlooks a beautiful brook with water falls, pond, and fountain and some views of the Pointe Royale golf course. The porch is like an out door room with shades for privacy and an outdoor electric fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen with service for 16, snack bar, and a full dining room with table to seat eight, adds to the comfort of the living space. Other amenities inside the condo include cable TV, TVs with remotes for each bedroom, three DVDs, one VCR, and several movies and games. Outside amenities include two pools, a hot tub and a play area for children. This is a prime location close to the main attractions with easy access to the shows, shopping, and lakes.
Located in Fall Creek, a neighborhood in Branson, this condo is near theme parks and near a water park. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Taneycomo and Moonshine Beach, while White Water and Aquarium at the Boardwalk are popular area attractions. Silver Dollar City and Runaway Mountain Coaster at Branson Mountain Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hunting and hiking/biking trails nearby.
