This unit is a standout as the homey interior opens right onto a gorgeous back patio with one of the resort’s 3 pools just beyond. This outdoor space is furnished with seating and dining table where you can enjoy snacks between swims, or share a meal al fresco.
Inside the home, cozy furnishings and thoughtfully designed living spaces create an atmosphere of relaxation and gathering. - Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.

- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
