The living area is well furnished with ample seating for everyone to spread out and tuck in for a movie on the smart tv. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cookware. Create special memories around the dining table with seating for 6, the perfect spot for family-style meals in the comfort of your own space.

- Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit requiring 32 stair steps to reach the entrance. (No elevator access.)

- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. A Holiday Hills Gate Code is needed to enter the resort. This will be provided to you in a digital guidebook, the link to which will be sent via text message two days prior to your arrival.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The indoor pool is NOT available for guest use.

- Guest does have access to exercise room, arcade, and other onsite amenities.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
