This condo provides a relaxing retreat with a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI in the living room and each bedroom. From the covered patio and backyard, you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Taneycomo, observing boats, canoes, and wildlife in a tranquil setting. Fall Creek Marina is just a 5-minute stroll away, offering boat rentals and nearby trailer storage. The marina also allows fishing for a nominal daily fee. If you forget something, no problem. For added pleasure there is nice convenience store and 2 restaurants on the resort property. Easy Peasy Lemon Sueezy (as my grandson loves to say). You will be pleasantly surprised.

Condo HOA regulations stipulate that if your stay exceeds two days, you must use the provided parking permit. For safety, please take note that complex has outdoor security cameras along with our ring doorbell.
