• Nightly Resort Charge Policy: All hotel guest, exchange, and rental reservations (including owner/member rentals) are subject to a nightly resort charge of $12.00 USD plus tax. This fee is complimentary only for week owners and member point bookings.

• Late Arrival Notice: Guests traveling on hotel or exchange reservations must contact the resort prior to arrival if anticipating a check-in later than midnight. Arrivals after midnight without prior notification may be subject to automatic cancellation.

• Starter Pack Amenities: Each accommodation is stocked with a first-day starter pack of coffee, creamer, and basic essentials. Additional starter packs are available for purchase at the front desk.

[b]HOUSE RULES / POLICIES[/b]

• Credit Card Authorization Policy: All reservations must be held with a valid major credit card. Upon check-in, a valid photo ID and a major credit card are required for a mandatory $200.00 security deposit hold. Cash and pre-paid debit cards are strictly not accepted for this authorization. Funds will be released post-departure following a successful room inspection.

• Minimum Age to Register: To check in and register as a primary guest at this property, you must be strictly 18 years of age or older.

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: 100% smoke-free environment inside all guest suites and public areas. Smoking products of any kind, including but not limited to electronic smoking devices and vapes, are strictly prohibited. A cleaning fine of $500 USD will be assessed for any damage or evidence of smoking inside guest suites.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on the resort grounds and inside accommodations. This rule is aggressively enforced, with the sole exception of working Service Animals as strictly defined by the ADA. Certified Support, Comfort, and Therapy Animals do not qualify under ADA guidelines and are not allowed.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $200 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
