Built in the 1800’s this cottage is one of the originals on the point and full of family history. There are only 9 homes in this private beachfront community that sits on Long Island Sound. Enjoy tennis court, diving board, dock, fishing, water sports and of course simply relaxing on the beach or if you want to venture out of this quiet wonderland there are plenty of things to do within 5 miles of our compound. Take a train ride and see the wetlands, hike the trails or do some shopping in Branford. If you want to travel a little further, Mystic Seaport is a great day trip and of course New Haven is full of festivals, food and cultural events.
Located in Branford, this vacation home is near the beach. Polished and Shoreline Trolley Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Branford Hills Plaza Shopping Center and Putnam Place Shopping Center. Lighthouse Point Carousel and Schubert Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting.
