The entire house is ready for long or short term stays. We offer a smart TV in the large living room. One king sized bed and the second room has a queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen is completely stocked so you can come & enjoy our terrific restaurants or choose to create your own masterpieces. You can even enjoy your lunch or dinner on the back porch. The house is in a small subdivision. You have a one car garage & two more parking spots in the driveway. No street parking.

Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet - no wipes flushable or otherwise. The pipes cannot tolerate wipes and it will result in a plumber coming to the property with the guest being billed.

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $200. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**

House Rules:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.
Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. No cats. Host is highly allergic to cats. Well trained dogs only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. The backyard is fenced. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

Brandon is home to this vacation home. LeFleur's Bluff State Park and Reservoir Overlook reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Mississippi Crafts Center and Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame. Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum and Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum are also worth visiting. Kayaking and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
