This beachfront property is the lower level of a large duplex house and is the ideal place to spend your vacation with family and friends! The 2 bedroom upper level apartment (Eagle Vista) can be rented separately when available. When combining the Eagle Vista with the Sandpiper, the house has 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower.

The Sandpiper is fully furnished with 2 king bedrooms, one with an extra double sofa bed, 2 queen bedrooms, one with an extra twin bed; and 1 twin room (2 beds); 2 full bathrooms and fully enclosed outdoor shower. Complete with fully fitted eat-in kitchen, 4 ring stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher as well as washer and dryer. Dining room and kitchen seating for 10 -14 people and adjacent living area seating for 7-8 people. Deck seating for 14; Cable TV and internet is included, and two adult beach badges.

Situated directly on Ocean Avenue, enjoy beach access with included beach badges, and fresh sea air and ocean views from the spacious covered porch! Complete with patio furniture and gas barbeque grill– what more would you need to make this an ideal vacation?

Ideal for family vacation, with playground, mini-golf and regularly scheduled concerts within easy reach! This is a non-smoking property.

Easy Train access: The Bradley Beach train station is less than a mile away, and the train (New Jersey Transit coming from New York City ) will also take you to Point Pleasant Amusement park in about 20 minutes, arriving about 3 blocks from the entrance to the boardwalk. The train into New York City takes about 1 ½ hours.
Six Flags Great Adventure, with its safari and water park, is about 40 minutes’ drive, in Jackson, NJ.

Located in Bradley Beach, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on the beach. Shoppers can check out Jenkinson's Boardwalk, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Belmar Beach and Boardwalk and Ocean Grove Beach. Hoop Group HQ and Asbury Splash Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
