The beach top rated for its soft power white sand, the water is clear and warm. You can still find sea shells, sand dollars, plenty of fish. The wildlife is abundant. The apartment has a direct beach view and access to the beach is across the street just a few steps away. Take a short walk to historic Bridge Street with its eclectic shops, one of a kind restaurants and bars many with live entertainment. Bridge Street ends in the picturesque fishing pier with a quaint clock tower. You can buy bait and rent fishing rods at the pier or grab a bite at the restaurant. Walk or bike on the paved trail along the beach to the southern tip of island. There you will find beautiful views, a great fishing spot, BBQ and picnic area and Coquina Bay Walk. The condo is to a close trolley stop. Tour the island on the free trolley that offers many stops from one tip of the island to the other. This condo is a corner unit on the ground level. There are no stairs to deal with, a hard feature to find on the island. This small complex offers plenty of green space on a quiet residential street. It's located on a dead end street. The front porch has a gas grill for your private use. The high top patio set provides seating for 4 on the front porch. Sit in the screened in back porch and relax.
