This property is centrally located on Holmes Beach and only a few minutes walk to the white sandy beaches. Upon entry, you have the living room with all new furnishings, where you can relax and read a book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and kitchen. The open-concept kitchen has new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. The primary bedroom, with new furnishings including a king-size bed, has it's own ensuite with shower while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower. But, it doesn't stop there! Downstairs in the private back yard, there is a covered outdoor seating area, TV, a brand-new BBQ grill and ping pong table. Bring your electric car because in the carport, there's an EV charger.
