The open balcony is directly on the Gulf — expansive water views and the sunsets arrive in front of you every evening. Of the three Waters Edge units in the portfolio, 110S has the most direct Gulf-front orientation. The complex has an elevator, secured lobby, heated pool at the Gulf side, and a tennis court on-site.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for two guests or a parent and child. Two full bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi included.

Two parking spaces included. Not pet-friendly.

Located in Holmes Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Bean Point Beach and Bradenton Beach. Fish Hole Adventure Golf and H2O Watersportz are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like horse riding and ecotours.
