As soon as you cross the bridge onto Anna Maria Island you will have arrived at this sparkling well-maintained condo. Located in the complex of Sandy Pointe, it features two bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach, steps away from the free island trolley, and across the street from the grocery store.

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels.

You will be provided a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Located in Holmes Beach, this condo is near the beach. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Bradenton Beach and Manatee Public Beach.
