New as of 11/20/22 queen sleeper sofa set in living room to accommodate the last minute guests. Ceramic tile in kitchen with laminate flooring in dining and living area. Carpet in bedrooms. New full size washer and dryer in condo as of 11/20/22.

Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
