You may find it difficult to leave the cool AC and modern comfort of this condo, as you can see the ocean from the porch. But the two patios are just too nice to pass up (especially the one off the carport area with four private chairs). The beachy vibes continue inside with fun decor and furnishings, so everyone can slip into the coastal mindset the moment they arrive. Step into the full kitchen to whip up tasty meals using all of the modern appliances you are used to, and end each dreamy day with a movie playing on the TV in the living room. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, and each guest can watch their own shows before hitting the hay with the TVs available.

Three beach coolers are available for guest use.
There is a $150 HOA application fee to rent this retreat.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat from May through October.

This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
