This Community offers a community pool and spa.

This unit has an open concept floor plan that features granite counters, in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in shower and dual sinks ...in the master bath, and a bunk room currently being used as a third sleeping space which offers a Twin over Queen bedding. This is an end-unit condo on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs or elevator. As an end-unit, you get the benefit of extra windows and the light they provide as well as expanded views and breezes from the large lanai. This property is tastefully decorated with colors and style designed to help you relax. Two parking passes are provided, the island is very walkable. Quiet location but close to the free trolley, shopping, restaurants, and some of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Walk to the boardwalk in the early morning and enjoy your coffee while watching dolphins. Later in the day walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet.
