Other things to note
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet it is one street over from a shopping area. There are several restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream shop etc within a 1-2 minute walk. There is direct access through a private easement to the gulf which is 6 houses away. No busy street to cross. The beach here is considered by many to be the nicest part of the island. This home is ideally located.

Holmes Beach is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Bean Point Beach and Anna Maria Beach. Fish Hole Adventure Golf and H2O Watersportz are also worth visiting.
