This 2 BR/2 BA space is the back half of a duplex.
Additional insulation was added for noise mitigation between the front and back spaces of the duplex, but occasionally, some muffled noise can be heard such as building pipes.
Owner lives on the property and is available if you need anything; otherwise she will respect your privacy and give you space.
Northeast, a neighborhood in Bozeman, is home to this vacation home. Bridger Bowl Ski Area and Bridger Creek Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore American Prairie Reserve and Lindley Park.
