The home’s central location puts you just one block from downtown, where restaurants, shops, bars, and the waterfront are all easily walkable within 1–2 blocks. Many guests choose to park once and explore the entire downtown area on foot. For longer trips, Lake Charlevoix is only a few blocks away and Boyne Mountain is just a 7-minute drive. Ride-share services are typically available in the area, and local taxi options can be used for evening outings or trips to nearby towns. We would love it if you could remove your shoes when entering the home.
Absolutely no pets, no smoking or parties are allowed. Only 6 occupants can occupy the property during any rental. Rentee must be staying on premise during the whole booking and must be at least 25 years old.
