The bungalow is located on a traffic free street in the Historic Area of Reservoir Hill. Minutes from the Downtown Square, Western Kentucky University, Regional Medical Center and Greenview Hospital. Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, stores and bars.

The bungalow offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with dry bar, large living room, sunroom with floor to ceiling windows and a private deck off of the kitchen with a barbecue grill for outdoor entertaining. The home sleeps six in three bedrooms. One king, one queen and a full upstairs. Off-street parking is provided with ample room for multiple cars.

You will meet Jay and Emily who will help with all your needs during the stay. Available is a complimentary once every two weeks turndown service. Including fresh linens and towels, replenishment of all original complementary items and a light cleaning. If extra cleaning is required you can request that directly and we will accommodate for a fee.
