You can walk to CU Boulder and Folsom Field, bike downtown via the nearby bike path, or cross the street to access the Mesa trails and hike all the way to Chautauqua.

The home includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for a comfortable visit. Because this is my primary residence, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen for cooking, cozy spaces for movie nights, and high-quality bedding designed for great sleep.

For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated home office setup with everything you might need. I also prioritize a non-toxic living environment, so the home is free of heavy scents and harsh chemicals. I also have a house air purifier.
