This is not a separate building. Your quiet, retired hosts are full time occupants of the rest of the house behind sound proof walls.
Private driveway, walkway, and entrance. 1st floor - no-one above, below or on 3 sides of you. We are friendly but respect privacy.

It features huge windows, vaulted ceilings, leather chair and couch, queen bed, high end mini fridge, work desk, coffee machine, Tea, a huge bathroom with a 2 person rain head shower, and smart HDTV. Office desk with standup option. You have your own small private patio to enjoy Colorado's famous sunshine over morning coffee or happy hour.
Your quiet, retired professional Hosts share a single soundproofed wall with you. Leave the connecting interior door locked and you will not hear or see us, or anyone. Yet we are friendly and available to answer any questions or requests.
There is a bus stop 2 blocks away with frequent and rapid access to everything local, Denver, and Denver International Airport. Upon request, we can often pick you up or drop you off (not guaranteed.)
