Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and large windows create bright, peaceful bedrooms filled with natural light. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and a luxurious bathroom with dual sinks, a glass walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, workspace, and French doors opening onto a private balcony with Flatiron views, while the third upstairs bedroom offers another queen bed beneath vaulted ceilings.
The sunny lower level provides additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups or multiple families traveling together, with a second family room, television, children’s toys, queen bedroom, and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside, mature trees and private outdoor spaces create a peaceful setting in the middle of Boulder. The spacious backyard features a patio for outdoor dining, a gas grill, seasonal raspberries and apples, and hanging sky chairs tucked beneath the trees. The covered front porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine after a day exploring town or the mountains.
Guests also enjoy easy access to neighborhood parks, a public pool, yoga studios, trailheads, and Boulder Reservoir. A guest guidebook with local recommendations, hiking maps, and family-friendly activities is provided to help you make the most of your stay.
Additional amenities include mini-split AC systems on the main and upper floors, high-speed internet, Pack & Play and high chair available upon request, and professional cleaning and maintenance between stays.
